Meet Neil and Tracy

Neil was an English major in college, turned mountain guide. He recites poetry at appropriate engagements. He is committed to developing strength in everyone.

Tracy was tagged as a manager at a young age because of her natural leadership qualities. She majored in Art History and Women's Studies. Equity and purpose guide her conversations with leaders and teams to ensure all voices are heard.

Neil and Tracy both attended the Leadership Institute of Seattle for their Masters' in Applied Behavioral Science. They have continued their eclectic development through programs at the Strozzi Institute, the Center for Authentic Leadership, Peter Block's Designed Learning, and the Animas Institute.

For over 15 years, their skills and experience have had them working in many time zones and all over the US along with Canada, India, Finland, Ghana, Egypt, England, Italy, and Japan.

They work with large corporate enterprises like Microsoft, Amazon, Novo Nordisk, and Boeing, as well as local small and mid-size businesses like Green Canopy, Eakman Construction, The Spur Group, the South Coast Water District, and Opal Food and Body Wisdom. They also work with non-profits and associations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Association for Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG), The Mountaineers, and local private schools.
